The Role:
The Ticket Printing Specialist is responsible for creating and printing batches of tickets sold via online and phone.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers/clients to design and print ticket orders
Customer service communication via email and phone
Forecast and prioritize upcoming events and required resources
Maintain printing and shipping schedules
Maintenance of printing equipment
Assist with inventory of printing supplies
Assist with product development for printing application
Answer questions and resolve problems related to shows
Perform quality control with related clients
Qualifications:
HS Diploma/Equivalent Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Corel
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and work towards deadlines
Demonstrated technology skills including a working knowledge of BOCA printing systems
Thorough working knowledge of MS Office required
Basic knowledge of graphic programs, such as Photoshop, Corel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational & demonstrated management skills
High energy and ability to respond well to pressure and work to deadlines
Understanding of ticket printing application and the ticketing system
Demonstrated technology skills including a working knowledge of BOCA printing systems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
