The role:
The Ticketing Fulfillment Team Member performs all duties related to the fulfillment of individual ticket orders, beginning with ticket receiving and culminating with package shipment.
What the job is:
Receiving ? Identify and confirm receipt of the correct ticket quantities and correct seat locations;
Fulfillment ? Match the correct tickets with fulfillment envelopes using order IDs, seat locations, etc.
Accuracy ? verify accuracy of other team members.
Shipping ? Drop the appropriate order in its corresponding shipping container and check off the list;
Assist with preparing packages for pick-up and move them to the loading dock;
Alphabetizing will call packages by customer's last name;
Report discrepancies, missing tickets, and problem shows to manager for resolution;
Maintain a neat, organized work environment;
What a qualified candidate should possess:
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
Experience in ticket fulfillment preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and stay on-task
Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy with tasks performed
Ability to interpret a variety of combinations of numbers and letters as applied to seating locations
Ability to learn the basics of the Internet mail-order business and order fulfillment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
